The Lake County Superior court has heard a matter to determine whether Tori Elizabeth Brannon has been transported to the State Hospital after being charged with aggravated arson, with property loss and damage estimated at over $600,000. Brannon was found by the court to be mentally incompetent and was ordered to be admitted to the state hospital for treatment with anti-psychotic medication as prescribed by her psychiatrist. The court was informed the transfer would take place in the next few weeks.
