The Lakeport City Council at its regular meeting tomorrow evening at 6, will hear a report on the Lake Area Planning Council’s progress on the formation of a rural regional energy network, which would take advantage of available energy efficiency programs. The council will also consider formalizing a spending plan for State and Local Fiscal Coronavirus Recovery Funds.
