The Clearlake Planning Commission meets tomorrow at 6 pm in the council chambers to consider a conditional use permit and categorical exemption to allow alcoholic beverage sales and onsite consumption in an existing restaurant, Delicias Alvarez on Lakeshore Drive. The council will also consider a conditional use permit and categorical exemption for the development of an automobile sales operation in the 14,000 block of Olympic Drive.
