The Clearlake City Council will hold its first meeting of 2022 tomorrow evening at 6, and will hold a public hearing to consider the appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of the corresponding mitigated negative declaration for commercial cannabis operations located at 2185 Ogulin Canyon Road and owned by Ogulin Hills LLC. If the council denies the appeal, then they will consider approving a development agreement for the project.
