A semi roll over on Saturday ended with a fatality and caused a spill of mik and diesel. The CHP received reports of a crash on Highway 20 about four miles west of Walker Ridge Road and east of Clearlake Oaks. The semi tanker truck had gone over the side and wasn’t immediately visible from the roadway. The tanker had spilled milk and about a 100 gallons of diesel fuel into Grizzly Creek. Fish and Game and Emergency Services were contacted due to hazmat concerns. By Saturday evening the incident had been clear and all lanes of the highway were reopened.
