A rally against the Skunk Train drew about a dozen people on Saturday in front of the Fort Bragg town hall. Folks came out to sound off about the “land grab” being perpetuated by the Mendocino Railway. The Fort Bragg City Council is holding a special closed meeting this afternoon at 4 to discuss the lawsuit in Mendocino County Superior Court against the Mendocino Railway, asking the court to require it to comply with all city laws and to revoke the company’s status as a public utility.
