Lake County is among several communities that will receive a portion of $90 million from the USDA to build and improve infrastructure. Harbor View Mutual Water Company in Kelseyville is slated to receive just under $2 million to be used to construct steel tanks. The funding will help prevent leaks and increase much needed storage. The announcement follows the recent passage of the President’s infrastructure plan.
