A case that’s caused considerable discord in the coastal community due in part to social media, has drawn to a close with Gina Rae Bean being sentenced in Mendocino County Court to serve seven months in county jail. Bean was found guilty in October of leaving the scene of the accident two years ago in which Calum Hunnicutt struck Bean’s vehice while riding a skateboard and was killed.
