The Ukiah City Council in working to create additional housing opportunities for residents has put out three sets of building plans for Accessory Dwelling Units at no cost to the community. The plans are available in three sizes and are already plan checked by the city’s Building Division and are ready for issuance of city permits. Draft versions of the plans are available at cityofukiah.com/adu and full plan sets will be made available when building permits are issued.
