The Ukiah planning commission held another public hearing Wednesday on a proposed new U-Haul location proposed for North Orchard Avenue. The members of the Design Review Board this summer did not recommend approval of the site, as the structure would obscure the view in that area. Public concerns over traffic, noise, and air quality were also sticking points.
