Yesterday, Ukiah Police officers surrounded a suspected stolen vehicle at a local fast food restaurant and arrested a suspect. The owner of the vehicle who lives in Sacramento, activated the vehicle’s GPS tracker, and UPD was informed by SiriusSatelliteRadio that the vehicle was in the city. The suspect, identified as Emil Redzic of Concord, was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County jail on multiple charges. Redzic is also wanted for his connectionan incident earlier in the month, where he reportedly attempted to intimidate a witness resulting in the violation of a domestic violence restraining order. Redzic was on active probation in Contra Costa County at the time.
