The Lake County Board of Supervisors is holding a public hearing on a commercial cannabis grower in Clearlake Oaks. Neighborsare appealing the Sourz HVR project, approved earlier this year, over a variety of issues. The meeting takes place tomorrow morning at 9 in the board chambers in the Lake County Courthouse.
