Woman Arrested for Arson from Weekend Fire in Lucerne

A 36-year-old woman from Lucerne was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of arson. A home and another structure in the 6000 block of Second Avenue were damaged by fire on Saturday, displacing some residents. An investigation by a LCSO and Northshore Fire Protection District’s arson investigator, determined that Dallas Darlene Lyons, was under the influence of narcotics, which caused her to recklessly start the fire.
