Pacific Gas and Electric has scaled back the size of its planned public safety power shut-off scheduled for today. Instead of nearly 2,000 customers in Lake County being impacted, it will be 94, with three in the Medical Baseline program. PG&E says an unplanned power outage impacted approximately 1,814 customers in portions of Lower Lake and Hidden Valley Lake yesterday.
