Clearlake Woman Pleads Not Guilty in Fatal Shooting of Boyfriend

A Clearlake Oaks woman accused of fatally shooting her boyfriend appeared in court yesterday. 57-year-old Tammy Sue Grogan-Robinson pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder and assault with a firearm. In July, 56-year-old Charles Vernon McClelland’s body was discovered by police. Grogan-Robinson claimed she had been sexually assaulted, but investigators found text messages from the night before that suggested the shooting was premeditated.
