A Lakeport woman pleaded not guilty to arson during an arraignment. 35-year-old Jamie Rae Lukens is charged with arson of property, possessing a device for arson and an unlawful fire, from an incident in July in the area of Westamerica Bank in Lakeport. Fire personnel arrived to find shrubs and a tree burning in the parking lot adjacent to the bank. Information received from witnesses led to the arrest of Lukens. The jury trial has been set for Oct. 20th.
