Containment on the Hopkins Fire in Mendocino County has reached 95-percent, and all evacuation orders have been lifted. The fire, which started Sunday at Hopkins St and North State St. near Calpella, burned 257 acres, and Cal Fire is reporting 30 residences and 16 other buildings were destroyed, and four residences and one other building was damaged.
