The Lake County Registrar of Voters Office reported on the process to conduct a manual tally for tomorrow’s California Gubernatorial Recall Election. The elections office will conduct a public manual tally of a minimum of 1% of randomly selected precincts. The selection of the precinct, or precincts, to be included in the manual tally will be randomly chosen on the same date prior to the manual tally.
