The Lakeport Police Department responded to multiple reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles in Lakeport yesterday. Because of this, LPD is reminding the community to remove valuable items from your vehicles, lock the doors, and take your keys. These three steps will help to prevent this type of criminal activity from occurring.
