Mendocino County Records Record Number of Daily Positive COVIID-19 Cases

Mendocino County Public Health reported a record number of daily positive COVIID-19 cases of 113. Health officials also confirmed another COVID-related death – a 49-year-old man from Ukiah. Public Health Officer Dr. Andy Coren told the board of supervisors this week that there are significantly higher hospitalizations in the county now than last winter and spring. There are currently 27 COVID-19 patients from Mendocino County. Dr. Coren says three of those patients were hospitalized out of county, and six of them needed intensive care.
