A Clearlake man has been arrested for setting a wildland fire Friday night in the area of Ogulin Canyon Road. The fire burned less than an acre. During the course of the investigation, Cal Fire said a suspect was identified and an arrest warrant was issued. Monday, 54-year-old Charles William Cartwright was located and taken into custody.
