Mendocino County’s Cannabis Program will open the Phase One and Two Cultivation Reapplication Portal on August 2nd at 12:00AM. The Portal is for commercial cannabis cultivators with applications under review and will be available for 90 calendar days. If you are a Phase One or Two applicant, and have not been notified that you are “In Good Standing”, or your application number appears on the Portal List with a “Portal” recommendation status, you will need to submit a completed application through this Portal.
