Police arrested a woman on Monday who stole a vehicle with a baby inside. The mother told police she had parked in front of North Coast Opportunities on North State Street in Ukiah and left her vehicle running, while she walked to the front door. That’s when she saw the vehicle being driven away. About 20 minutes later CHP located the vehicle and took 30-year-old Christina Rojas-Perez, of Fresno, into custody. The child was found safe and still secured in the back seat.
