Lake and Mendocino Counties are moving from the purple to red tier of the state’s blueprint for a safer economy. With this new Red Tier, comes an ease of some COVID-19 precautions. Activities permitted include: Indoor dining, movie theaters and museums at 25% capacity Indoor gyms at 10% capacity. Long-Term Care Facilities may restart in-person visits. Also, the state announced that Breweries, Wineries and Distilleries that do not serve meals can reopen for outdoor service only.
