A man from Ukiah died in a rollover crash Sunday on Highway 253. According to the California Highway Patrol, 80-year-old Herbert Elmore Henrickson, was driving a green Mazda Miata eastbound on Hwy 253 around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, when the vehicle traveled over the double yellow lines. Henrickson navigated back into the eastbound lane, but the convertible left the roadway and collided with the dirt embankment and overturned, landing on its roof. Henrickson died at the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
