The Clearlake City Council voted unanimously last night to approve 5-year contracts and salary increases for their Police Chief and City Manager. Chief Andrew White’s contract includes a 7.5% salary increase, and he’ll get a 3% pay raise each year upon a favorable review. City Manager Alan Flora will receive a 7.5% pay increase, and 3% increase each year beginning in 2022, upon a favorable evaluation.
