The Clearlake Police Department is sending their condolences to the family of Marcia Felty Taylor, who passed Friday night following a long and hard-fought battle with cancer. The police department says Taylor was dedicated to promoting the welfare of animals within the community. She served with the City and Police Department as their Animal Licensing Technician and spent many hours connecting animals with rescues and adoptive families.
