Mendocino County is expanding its vaccine call center and a scheduling portal is coming soon. To respond to the increased call volume regarding vaccinations, additional staff are being added to the call center team. Mendocino County Public Health Officer Dr. Andrew Coren says they are working diligently to return every call and answer every email. In addition, the county’s newly created vaccine webpage at mendocinocounty.org will have the most up to date information about vaccination events and will soon offer the ability to schedule vaccination appointments.
