Former Ukiah mayor Mari Rodin will fill the vacant City Council Seat left by Maureen Mulheren when she was elected to the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors. The City Council accepted applications for the position and during a special meeting last night, selected Rodin by a vote of 3-1.
