Two people died in a crash near Middletown. A van and a pickup truck collided around 11 p.m. Saturday on Highway 29 near the entrance to the Bar X Ranch north of Middletown. Few details were released, but 2 people who were trapped in one of the vehicles sustained major injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
