The city of Ukiah is applying for grants to help cover the costs of the city’s COVID-19 response. The city will apply for about $400,000 total in various grant programs to help residents impacted financially by the pandemic pay for utility bills, install a permanent generator at the Ukiah Valley Conference Center, and purchase a new ambulance for the Ukiah Valley Fire Authority.
