Lakeport Police say a flag that was found discarded on July 4th was one of the Main Street Flags. It turns out that was the second flag stolen from Main Street on Independence Day. The first one had the pole vandalized. Lakeport Police say they are charging a suspect in that case. Both flags have been recovered.
