Organizers are pleased with the turnout for the 2021 Catfish Derby. The event was cancelled last year due to the pandemic but made its comeback over the weekend in Clearlake Oaks. The 37th annual event brought nearly 900 anglers. Around 600 of those registered came from out of the county. During the three-day tournament, 207 catfish were weighed and released.
