A 19-year-old from Ukiah and a 17-year-old were arrested last week in Mendocino County after a deputy found them in possession of drugs and a loaded firearm. The deputy searched the vehicle, parked at Lake Mendocino, after seeing multiple nitrous oxide canisters strewn about the vehicle. The search turned up nitrous oxide, cocaine, heroin and a loaded semi-automatic handgun.
