Following a court appearance this week, a 21-year-old woman from Novato remains in custody for vehicular manslaughter. Police say on March 13th, Keilah Marie Coyle was driving while intoxicated on Highway 29 north of Middletown, when she crossed the double-yellow lines and collided head-on with a GMC van. 53-year-old Cassandra Rolicheck. and her passenger, 47-year-old Miguel Dominguez, died at the scene.
