Federal Judge Rules Against Tribes Trying to Stop Pomo Casino

The judge in a federal lawsuit against the Department of Interior has ruled on behalf of the Scotts Valley Pomo Indian tribe, stating that other tribes cannot interfere with the Pomo’s efforts to build a $700 million, 400,000-square-foot mega casino complex on a 128-acre site near I-80 and Highway 37 in Vallejo.
