Three fires in Ukiah yesterday evening are being investigated as potential arson incidents. The first fire was reported around 5:30 p.m.on the railroad tracks behind the RV Park at the Redwood Empire Fairgrounds. The second fire was reported around 6 p.m. as on the railroad tracks near Walgreens on Perkins Street. The third fire was near the Grace Hudson Museum.
