As we begin to turn the corner on the pandemic, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. reminds customers with past-due balances to explore available financial-assistance programs now, before the customer protections put in place during the pandemic end on June 30th. PG&E says they’ve been working to assist customers with past-due balances for more than a year and will continue these efforts even after the protections expire but advise that customers need to act now.
