Home sales in Lake County have shown a slight increase. According to the LakeCountyNews, in May, 92 single-family homes were sold compared to 67 in April. That number is still less than the same time last year, when 109 homes were sold. There are 382 “stick-built” and manufactured homes on the market right now, compared to 344 listed in April. Homes in May were selling for around 96% of the asking price at contract.
