During its meeting tomorrow evening at 6 pm, the Clearlake Planning Council will hold a public hearing to determine general plan consistency and make an environmental determination for the city’s plans to sell select properties on Palmer Avenue, Old Highway 53, 12th, 29th, and 35th Avenues.
