The Lake County Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow to hear a presentation on indigent defense services in the county and to hold a discussion with the Lake County Water Resources staff regarding its ability to create a fisheries program to address the endangered Clear Lake Hitch, which last month was declared in a state of emergency by the board.
