Governor Gavin Newsom is keeping his job with the majority of voters in the state rejecting the recall effort. Statewide, 63.92% voted “No” to the recall while 36.08% voted “Yes.” The recall needed more than 50% support.
In Mendocino County, 69.6% voted “No” and 30.4% voted “Yes.”
In Lake County, 60.1% voted “No” and 39.9% voted “Yes.”
