Woman Charged with Vehicluar Homicide Found Competent to Stand Trial

A Novato woman, charged with vehicular manslaughter in a crash that killed two people from Clearlake has been found competent to stand trial. Police say on March 13th, Keilah Marie Coyle was driving while intoxicated on Highway 29 north of Middletown, when she crossed the double-yellow lines and collided head-on with a GMC van, killing both occupants.
