Lake County’s COVID-19 case rate remains low and is positioned to move into the Orange Tier for the first time this Wednesday, Mendocino County shifted to the next less restrictive Orange Tier last week following Governor Gavin Newsom’s change in tier structure, which allows a seven-day case rate per 100,000 residents of 2-5.9 for the orange tier.
