A man from Clearlake was arrested for attempting to set two homes on fire Fort Bragg on Friday. The first fire caused only minor damage to the exterior of a home. Police finally caught up with the suspect, 47-year-old Robert Fielden, who was in possession of butane torches, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia.
