Police are looking for two suspects accused of kidnapping an d assaulting a man during a drug transaction. The victim told police he was first assaulted by 2 men in the area of Main Street and Howard Street in Covelo. He was then forced into the passenger side of his vehicle and driven to another location where the men assaulted him again. They also demanded his drugs and money. The victim was allowed to leave and flagged down a Deputy on Highway 162. Deputies, along with the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau continue to investigate this incident.
