State Launches Interactive Map for School Reopenings

The state launched an interactive map on Friday. The Safe Schools for All Plan’s interactive Safe Schools Reopening Map, provides a snapshot of the status of school reopenings across California. The interactive map, which was developed in partnership with county offices of education and the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence, is designed as a tool to help local communities and school staff while evaluating their reopening plans. The map can be found at https://schools.covid19.ca.gov/. Locally, some students in the Ukiah Unified School District will return to the classroom tomorrow. Lakeport, Middletown, and Kelseyville schools are planning to reopen in March.
