Man Sentenced in Strangulation Death of His Wife

A Upper Lake man who strangled his wife to death has been sentenced. 64-year-old William “Bill” Morton Henry, will spend six years in state prison for killing his wife, 51-year-old Cindi Henry, on June 11 in their home. While both sides of the family asked for leniency and a low term of 3 years, the judge found the crime to have a high degree of cruelty, and gave Henry the middle term of six years.
