2 Plead No Contest to Felony Charges

The Mendocino District Attorney’s Office reports that Negie Fallis and Antonia Bautista-Dalson have both pleaded no contest to felony charges against them. Fallis entered a no contest plea to being a convicted felon in unlawful possession of a firearm. He also admitted having served a prior prison term for a 2012 Glenn County conviction for felony child abuse. He’ll be sentenced on December 4th. Bautista Dalson entered a no contest plea to a being an accessory by assisting Fallis elude law enforcement and by attempting to hide from law enforcement the firearms that Fallis unlawfully possessed. She’ll be sentenced on December 11th. While Fallis’s arrest was connected to the case of missing woman Khadijah Britton, he has not been charged in her disappearance.
