Pawnee Fire Fully Contained

The Pawnee fire as of last night is now fully contained. Cal Fire reports that as of yesterday afternoon and evening fire resources were being redirected to wild fires in other parts of the state, The Pawnee fire broke out on the night of June 23 in the Spring Valley Lakes subdivision, northeast of Clearlake Oaks. It burned 15,185 acres, and destroyed 22 structures and damaged five others in Spring Valley Lakes. the fire caused evacuations in Spring Valley and the Double Eagle Ranch subdivision North Coast Opportunities reopened its wildfire relief fund to support those impacted by the Pawnee fire.
